What a nightmare week for the both of you, but thankfully the main hurdle is over. I've been in Nottingham and Manchester this week, on the road as usual. I have just got back from Manchester tonight, I was going to ask the new boss for tomorrow as a holiday and make a visit, but I've already got two staff on holiday and thought better of even asking. Things are not easy in that department. Anyway if you are beltching and telling visitors to sshhhhh I think I'll leave it for a while!!!!! Only joking. Anyway myself and Jane have had daily discussions about the goings on. I've been in back to back meetings etc and when I did call, my timing wasn't good as it was the morning just as you were going down for the operation. Irene and Kieth send their love, Irene as always is stunned and proud in terms of how you and David cope with everything. The pictures of the kitchen look the dogs you know what, worthy of some TV home improvement program. I will call tomorrow and hope I don't wake you. How are your fellow patients on the ward, apart from being too loud with their visitors. It's Jacks 16th birthday this weekend, not that I can believe it, we are all going out to celebrate on Sunday. Take care, love to all, Veronica I don’t know, honestly Karen you’ll do anything to avoid the Kitchen fitters. What a nightmare week for the both of you, but thankfully the main hurdle is over.
