Whilst it is better to be at home, it also tempting to try and live as you used to, esp after so long in hospital and as you are finding out it is mentally and physically demanding. I think maybe now you know this, perhaps you should take it at a steadier pace and not try to do too much, ease into it so to speak, the ironing and sex can wait a bit longer!!!
