But been playing with the new Lightspeed Zulu headset. First impressions………
Pros
- Amazing noise reduction.
- Lovely fit
Cons
- Thumping noise in either (or both) ears (with ANR on) if I turn my head in a certain direction. Seems to be only there when the headset is on a certain way. If I reseat the headset, it disappears.
- With bluetooth on (and connected to my iphone) I get a constant hissing in the left ear.
So, first impressions are mixed. Have emailed Lightspeed, so will be interested to see if their support is as good as is reputed. Watch this space….
Wow! I just looked into the Lightspeed Zulu and they are pricey! 5 year warranty mind, which is nice.
Will be interested in hearing how you get on with the support too… You get what you pay for, so i half expect some Zulu representative from the States to fly into Newcastle and discuss it over a cup of tea. ;0)

I have 30 days to try them and I can get a full refund, but I’d rather keep them if we can bottom out the issues I’ve experienced.
I got kp to try them the other day while Adele was hoovering. She was amazed that she couldn’t hear the hoover.
